From Fairytale Lilac to Fencing Fabulous: Capturing Felicity's Senior Portraits

Today, I've got quite the story to tell – a story of two incredible sides of the same Felicity coin. One moment, she's donning a gorgeous lilac dress, twirling around like a modern-day Cinderella amidst the picturesque Burroughs Park in Tomball, Texas. The next, she's geared up in her fencing outfit, ready to conquer the world of epee in my photography studio in The Woodlands. This is Felicity Sebastian's world, and I was just here to capture it!

Before we dive into the enchanting world of portraits, let's talk about Felicity's latest adventures. This young dynamo recently brought home a Bronze medal in the Women’s Cadet Epee Team Event, representing the United States in Belgrade, Serbia. Not to brag, but she's one of the top 20 fencers in the country for her age group! Thirty-eight teams from all around the globe went toe-to-toe, and Felicity and her team were the real fencing fairy tale.

Now, back to our photoshoot adventure. Felicity, a Junior at The John Cooper School, has been honing her skills at Alliance Fencing Academy for a whopping 10 years! When she's not wielding a foil, you can find her tickling the ivories or sporting the Eagle Scout badge with pride. And don't even get me started on her academic prowess – multiple AP classes? She's acing those too!

As we snapped away in Burroughs Park, Felicity's lilac dress seemed like it was tailor-made for that enchanting setting. And let's not forget her fencing gear – talk about an outfit change! The juxtaposition of elegance and athleticism in her senior portraits perfectly captures Felicity's multifaceted personality.

Oh, and did I mention that Felicity also pens pieces for "The Dragon Tales", an online publication run by The John Cooper School? She's not just conquering the world of fencing; she's conquering the written word too! Her latest topics? Wellness and how to tackle exams with less stress.

So, there you have it – Felicity Sebastian, the fencing sensation, the pianist prodigy, the Eagle Scout extraordinaire, and the wordsmith on the rise. I had a blast capturing her vibrant spirit in front of the camera, and I can't wait to see where her next adventures take her – be it in medicine, fencing, music, or the world of literature! Stay fabulous, Felicity, and keep those swords (and pens) sharp!
