"Refer a New Client - Get $100 Print Credit" Offer Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions pertain to the "Refer a New Client - Get $100 Print Credit" Offer (hereinafter referred to as "$100 PRINT CREDIT") and govern the relationship between Karina Eremina doing business as Joy of the Moment Photography (hereinafter referred to as the "PHOTOGRAPHER") and recipients of the $100 PRINT CREDIT. By receiving your $100 PRINT CREDIT, you acknowledge your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. In case of any discrepancies, these Terms and Conditions supersede any conflicting statements regarding your $100 PRINT CREDIT. The $100 PRINT CREDIT can only be redeemed for printed products, including Unframed Prints on Photo Paper, Albums, and Wall Art, and cannot be applied as a discount towards the initial session fee or any additional session time fee.

You can utilize the $100 PRINT CREDIT when placing an order for your past or future sessions with me. Note that prices for printed products are subject to change without prior notice. Refer to the PHOTOGRAPHER's current price list to ascertain eligibility for the $100 PRINT CREDIT.

The $100 PRINT CREDIT is non-transferable to parties beyond immediate family members of the $100 PRINT CREDIT recipient.

The $100 PRINT CREDIT holds no cash value, and refunds will not be issued.

The $100 PRINT CREDIT will expire three calendar years from the date of the referral session. Please be aware that no notifications regarding the impending expiry date will be dispatched.

For PHOTOGRAPHER's existing clients:

If you have already entered into a photography agreement with the photographer, even if your session is scheduled for the future, you are considered an existing client and cannot assert that you were referred by another person. This privilege is reserved exclusively for new clients who specify the referring person when completing the booking form on the Photographer's website.

You are welcome to refer a new client. To refer a new client, you must have previously undergone a session with the PHOTOGRAPHER.

You are only able to refer a new client, which refers to an individual who has not previously had a session with the PHOTOGRAPHER and has not entered into a photography agreement for a future session with the PHOTOGRAPHER.

To make a referral, communicate to PHOTOGRAPHER in writing via email or text, providing the first and last name and contact details of the potential client interested in booking a session.

Please ensure that your friend mentions both your first and last name as the referral when completing the session booking form.

The referral on both sides must be submitted before the new client signs the contract; otherwise, the credit will not be processed.

Upon completion of the referral session, you will receive a $100 PRINT CREDIT.

If you are a client who have already entered into a photography agreement with the photographer but still awaiting a scheduled session in the future but you still wish to refer a new client, submit your referral in writing. Once both your and the new client's sessions are conducted, you will both receive a $100 PRINT CREDIT.

There are no restrictions on the number of new clients you can refer or the accumulation of $100 PRINT CREDITS.

Only one $100 PRINT CREDIT can be applied to a single new client. In the event that multiple individuals refer the same new client, only the initial written referral will be honored.

For new clients referred by former clients of the PHOTOGRAPHER:

When completing the booking form on the PHOTOGRAPHER's website, ensure to input the first and last name of the individual who referred you. This individual must have previously undergone a session with the PHOTOGRAPHER.

Please ensure that the person who referred you confirms the referral prior to your contract signing; otherwise, the $100 PRINT CREDIT will not be processed. Note that only clients who have previously had a session with the PHOTOGRAPHER are eligible to refer new clients.

If the contract is signed before the referral from the PHOTOGRAPHER's former client is received, the $100 PRINT CREDIT cannot be processed.

Upon completion of your session, you will receive the $100 PRINT CREDIT.
